Guglielmo Marconi Airport has adopted a number of certifications to ensure the well-being and inclusion of its staff. These range from ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety (renewed in 2025), to Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022), to ISO 30415 on Diversity & Inclusion, confirming the commitment to a fair, safe and inclusive environment.
Training is a central element in individual growth. In 2025, training was conducted on topics such as inclusion, artificial intelligence and cyber security, involving a large number of employees.
Occupational health and safety is a priority, and as such is supported by certified systems. Active protocols are also in place to handle critical situations, including the Anti-Aggression Protocol, which has been extended to the entire airport community.
